1. Quotation
Please fill in our online quote form with your details or email a plan or tender to info@premiumworktops.co.uk and a member of our team will be in touch with you very soon. If you would like to call to discuss anything, please give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist.
2. Confirming your Quotation
If you are happy with the quotation provided and wish to proceed, please contact a member of our team who will arrange a templating date. We require the new kitchen base units to be installed prior to templating – please give 2-3 weeks’ notice if possible.
3. Templating/Survey
We will arrange a convenient site visit, measure and manufacture a bespoke template for the new worktops. In addition, we will discuss and confirm the exact layout and design for the worktops. We will confirm the edge detail, overhangs and position of any cut outs as required. The template usually takes 1-2 hours to complete.
4. Production
Upon completion of your bespoke template, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the template and advise a planned installation date. We will then start production on your new bespoke worktops. The lead time from template to installation is 7-10 working days or sooner!
5. Installation
We will fully install your new worktops. Any undermounted sinks will be bonded to the new worktop however we do not carry out any plumbing or electrical work at the property. Once the worktops are installed, the fitter will ask if you are 100% happy with everything before asking you to complete the sign off sheet.
